Implementation of email marketing systems and automated workflows in GoHighLevel to streamline communication and enhance customer lifecycle management.

Developed 20–30 targeted email campaigns in GoHighLevel (including onboarding, promotions, form completion prompts, and new social media updates), built segmented automation sequences such as resend-to-unopened and pet-specific offers, while monitoring performance metrics and deploying lead magnets and subscriber incentives to increase engagement and conversions.

Outcome

The implemented automation systems strengthened customer retention and sustained engagement, while supporting the development of the ZooWiki community for pet owners. Additionally, integrating high-performing social media content into newsletters contributed to increased platform visibility and improved overall social media performance.

Community & Automation Ecosystem

The ZooWiki community was developed to connect pet owners and pet lovers within a dedicated engagement ecosystem. Members received early access to discounts, exclusive promo codes, and special offers. As part of the onboarding process, new members completed a questionnaire identifying their pet type, which was directly integrated with GoHighLevel automation workflows. This enabled precise segmentation and delivery of personalized email sequences — for example, dog owners received tailored discounts, relevant product recommendations, and follow-up emails based on purchase behavior. Through strategic automation and active community management, ZooWiki experienced rapid and sustained growth while strengthening customer loyalty and engagement.
