Best Practice Guide

Led a two-year strategic project focused on developing a comprehensive Best Practice Guide for boat builders on implementing more sustainable yacht production and operational standards. The initiative included in-depth industry research, visits to Europe’s leading boat shows in Cannes, Barcelona, Warsaw, and Valencia, and direct consultations with boat builders and maritime specialists.

Events, Videography & Projects

Led event marketing initiatives and was responsible for filming and producing video content for promotional use across digital platforms. Directed a strategic collaboration project connecting car rentals, bicycle rentals, and hotels in Valencia to create integrated tourism experiences. Developed all creative and marketing assets for the initiative and coordinated a team of interns to support implementation, partnerships, and on-ground execution.
